Chef Beto has been an integral part of Villa Ventura for 30 years. His passion for cooking began as a child, watching his mother, the former chef at Villa Ventura, in the kitchen. Beto’s mother was also the personal chef for Debbie Fields, the founder of Mrs. Fields Cookies, and together, they provided exceptional culinary experiences for the previous owner. Inspired by his mother’s talent and mentorship, Beto’s love for cooking shines through in every dish he creates. Now, he is passing that same inspiration down to his grandchildren. His legacy of culinary excellence continues to thrive at Villa Ventura.
Alicia
Alicia, the original hire at Villa Ventura, has been with us for an impressive 31 years and takes great pride in her role as a housekeeper. She approaches her daily duties with joy, ensuring every space is perfectly prepared for guests. Over the years, Alicia has honed a variety of talents, including efficiency, an eye for detail, and providing exceptional service—all while having fun. If you play some music, you might even catch her dancing as she works, bringing an extra touch of warmth and energy to her duties.
Danny
Danny will be at your service, offering refreshing margaritas. He also assists the chef in the kitchen, assisting with every meal preparing, serving and cleaning. With a background as a former firefighter, Danny brings a calm, reliable presence to everything he does. When he's not helping around the villa, he loves spending quality time with his three sons. Simply ask, and he’ll gladly assist with any requests, from ensuring our villa stays in pristine condition to maintaining our beautiful grounds. He excels in fulfilling guest needs, whether it’s carrying your luggage to your room or arranging a taxi. Your comfort is his priority.
Rosario
Rosario has been a valued member of the Villa Ventura team for 10 years, taking great pride in thoroughly cleaning the rooms, changing bedding and towels, and ensuring that all property amenities are stocked and ready for guests to enjoy a perfect stay. Her attention to detail ensures that every corner of the villa is in pristine condition. When Rosario isn't at Villa Ventura, she loves spending time with her children and helping her mom on their family’s modest farm, where she milks cows and helps produce fresh cheese to sell at the local market. Her strong work ethic and dedication to family make her an integral part of Villa Ventura.
